The flower centerpiece was really pretty. I think you should have on the card the name of the florist. I had no idea who delivered them as I was not home.

I placed an order online for an arrangement. I called the next day to confirm, and was told they had no record of the order. I was even told that perhaps I had placed the order with another florist. Upon my insistance, the order was found. The order was delivered as promised. I understand that the actual order may differ from the picture on the internet. However, instead of the short square vase, the flowers were in a tall round vase, and there was no vine intwined around the stems in the water, 2 of the reasons I chose "Indian Summer." The flowers were beautiful, but I was disappointed in the overall experience.

After much searching, they found the order. The flowers were delivered as promised. I realize that the flowers may not look exactly like those pictured on the website. However, instead of a short square vase, they were in a tall round vase, and I did not see the curly willow inside the vase as described from the picture my daughter-in-law sent me; two of the things I liked most about the arrangement. The flowers themselves looked beautiful. I am somewhat disappointed in the service, but I will give them one more try. Hopefully this was the exception rather than the rule.

I was very unhappy with this flower shop and will never use them again... I placed an order on the 22nd of June to be delivered on the 24th. I had called them in the AM on the 24th to find out what time the flowers would be delivered.. I instructed them that she would not be home at the time of deliver so they agreed to have the flowers delivered at 4PM.. Needless to the the Flowers were not deliverd until the 25th. When I had called them on the 25th I got the excuse that it was a new deivery driver. so the flowers I ordered and paid over 80 dollars for were arranged on the 24th but not delivered until the 25 mid morning. I later found out from my friend that the flowers on lasted a couple of days before they started to die... Very sad business practice especially when the flower shop is only 20 minutes away from the delivery location.

The approximately 6 items in the gift basket (valued at maybe $25.00) were not worth the $55.00 list price with a delivery charge on top of that. Stick with the flowers!

It is just 48 hours old and I am picking out flowers and throwing them out-I also rearranged the flowers a little when I got them-looked like it was done in a hurry

I paid for a Get Well balloon to be with the basket, but no balloon was delivered with the basket. I would have to look back but it seems like i paid 7 or 8 dollars for this extra. Other than that, the basket was nice.

The individual i spoke to on the phone did not seem to be knowledgeable.I had to look online in order to shop second I ORDERED A BALLON THAT WAS PAID FOR & NOT DELIVERD.

I understand that the flowers were lovely - just as pictured on your website. However, I put the delivery date on the order, it was printed on the envelope of the gift card but no one paid any attention to the date. The flowers were delivered one week early. Since it was a 50th wedding anniversary, it sort of spoiled the effect. I'm just glad it wasn't a surprise party.

I have been dealing with your florist, about 3 years or more, I placed my order and gave the requested date. They flowers did not deliver that day it delivered the following day, which made it 2 days later. So I was very displeased.

The flowers were NOT delivered as ordered on Fri 7-23. Numerous calls I made to Artistic Flower Shop on Saturday morning were not answered. So I used the "Contact Us" function on Artistic's website to complain about lack of delivery and phone answering and to cancel the order and demand a refund. Totally unsatisfactory service from Artistic Flower Shop.

I called and ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who is a Marine stationed in Beaufort paid $53 for a bouquet of red and white flowers, roses carnations, and so forth. My daughter sent a picture and I almost had a heart attack it was the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen looked like a class of K put the arrangement together. I would never recommend this place to anyone had she sent the picture right after flowers were given to here not two days later I would have called and complained and requested my money back.

They were very pretty, however,my mom received them on July 24th, 5 days ago and they are already dead. Usually, flowers last longer than that and she has been taking care of them. Thank you.
